Lydia Morales Parga is a marketing professional with over 14 years of experience in building, positioning, and growing brands across the retail, tourism, and real estate industries. Her career has been shaped by a deep passion for marketing as a strategic tool — not just to sell, but to connect, inspire, and create meaningful relationships between brands and people.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a specialization in Public Relations and Advertising, and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management and Commercial Strategy. Throughout her professional journey, Lydia has led marketing teams, managed complex projects, developed commercial strategies, and worked closely with brands at different stages of growth, always guided by a human, honest, and results-driven approach.
In April 2023, Lydia founded Estrella Marketing Brillante with a clear purpose: to help brands impulse their growth, elevate their presence, and shine with authenticity. Her vision is rooted in the belief that effective marketing must feel human — emotionally intelligent, strategically sound, and aligned with real business goals.
